The Burin Peninsula Health Care Foundation serves the following health care centres on the Burin Peninsula: Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre, Burin (Regional Health Centre); Community Health Sites (Located throughout the Burin Peninsula); U.S. Memorial, St. Lawrence (Long-term Protective Care Facility); Dr. S. Beckley Health Centre, Grand Bank (Community Health Centre); Blue Crest Nursing Home, Grand Bank (Level 3 and 4 Residents Care Facility); Placentia West Medical Clinic (Clinical Services provided by Family Physician and Nurse Practitioner)
Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre
This facility is the Main Health Centre, located in Burin, NL. It provides 24-hour emergency care and primary and secondary care services. The facility has acute care beds and is the referral centre for the Burin Peninsula.
The Burin Peninsula Health Care Foundation supports the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre by complementing (and not replacing) annual traditional funding.

Grand Bank Health Care Facilities
The facilities managed by Eastern Health in Grand Bank are: Blue Crest Nursing Home – a Long-Term Care facility, and the Grand Bank Community Health Centre, which has observation/holding beds, offers primary care and 24-hour emergency services.
